While his four attempts at municipal elections did not result in a win, they were a reflection of his enduring commitment to civic duty and his desire to serve the public. A man of profound wisdom, he often shared the philosophy that "there are two sides of the coin and you should be ready to accept any of it always," a principle that guided him through both triumphs and setbacks, and which he passed on to those who worked alongside him.

Mr. Prajapati's remarkable journey included overcoming significant professional challenges. Prior to settling in Bengaluru and establishing Maruti Gypsum, he faced difficulties in Mumbai and Delhi, experiences that instilled in him a resilience and determination that would define his later success. Following his passing on May 10, 2022, his enduring legacy and vision continue to guide Maruti Gypsum. In his honor, the company has continued its expansion, opening two new branches in Pune in 2023 and Kolkata in 2024.
