OVERVIEW
The story of Gypsum Plaster started thousands of years ago. The earliest example of usage of gypsum plaster is at the Tomb of Tutankhamun at the Giza Pyramids which was internally lined with gypsum plasters. Today Gyproc’s range of gypsum plaster has replaced sand and cement plaster as the preferred choice for all internal plastering with all leading builders and contractors across India.
Gyproc Plasters offer a full range of specific and multi-purpose solutions for all internal plastering needs and backgrounds. Gyproc plaster products are designed to suit either hand or machine application. Their consistent performance, workability and reliability is assured, thanks to our exacting manufacturing standards, which enable plasterers to maximise productivity and cut product wastage on site.

Saint Gobain Gyproc Elite 100 / Elite90 one coat gypsum plaster with lightweight aggregates is a replacement of traditional sand cement plaster and is suitable for application on most internal surfaces including brick, block and concrete. Gyproc Elite 100 consists of gypsum hemihydrate formulated with special additives to increase workability and control setting characteristics. Light weight aggregates “Perlite” improves the gypsum plaster's coverage, workability, and provides smooth finished surface.
Application Areas:
Saint Gobain Gyproc Elite 100 / Elite 90 one coat gypsum plaster can be applied on most internal surfaces like Bricks, Blocks & RCC (Concrete) surfaces.

Gyproc Plaster Bonding Solution
Gyproc BOND-it is a bonding agent for Gypsum plaster & Sand cement plaster that enables preparation of Ceiling and wall surfaces (especially RCC surfaces) within 24 hours. Gyproc BOND-it eliminates risk of debonding gypsum plaster or sand cement plaster from ceiling (RCC surface) due to its low suction background and continuously under pressure of gravity. It enables dual benefits of mechanical and chemical bonding, and completely eliminates the labour intensive hacking process and the risk of plaster de-bonding.
Gyproc BOND-it increases pull out strength by 5 times against conventional hacking process. New technology like aluminium formwork shuttering needs products like Gyproc BOND-it to provide adhesion of Gypsum plastering.

Excellent protection from formation of cracks
Saint Gobain Gyproc® Glass Fiber mesh is a solution which guarantees excellent protection from cracks at different joints and conduits.
Gyproc® Glass Fiber mesh is used in Beam and column joints, Plumbing and electrical work, chasing areas, doors and window joints.
-
Neatly woven, crisscross pattern of fiberglass from E-glass woven and further coated through copolymer. Gyproc Glass Fiber mesh does not decompose and will not rust over time.
-
High quality material with tensile strength which does not permit the structure to move freely in case of hairline cracks, disjoints etc. It also resists high temperature, corrosion and environmental humidity.
-
Ideal building material for reinforcement and is widely used in joints before Saint-Gobain Gyproc Gypsum Plastering and traditional Sand – Cement plastering.
